Evaluation

This term in video we got set a task in which we had to make a Horror trailer which had to be 45 seconds to 2 minutes. To start of with i worked with Olivia and then Jade joined us because the person she was working with left and she did not want to work on her own.
We first worked on our ideas in which we came up with the idea of little ghost in which will haunt a female which has moved in the girls ghost home which she haunts. Then we had to think of the location in which we could film our horror trailer. We decided to film in my house because it has very dark lighting. Also when filming it was hard to get good quality because it was in the dark it would of been much better when filming in the light. When filming our horror trailer we had a bit of trouble with making our girl ghost look like a ghost. In the end we did not use any make up and just used dark lighting. Also when filming we did not use a script because in a horror trailer there's not many talking and we just used actions because actions speak louder than words. When coming to our editing thats is when jade joined us because she is good at editing. Me and Olivia helped out with the editing.

What went well is that we managed to edit and film all the the time limit we had. Also what went well is that we managed to film and make it look dark like a horror trailer should be.

What we could improve on is that we could of made the girl ghost more like a ghost and look more scary also if we had more time we could of added more footage to the horror trailer to make it more interesting. Also we could of filmed the footage again to make it more light if we had more time but we did not but then if we added light it might not be like a horror trailer.
